From September to April our training takes place on Fridays 5-7pm (sometimes 7-9pm) at The Edge, Sports Hall 1a, (University sports centre on campus).

These sessions are catered for all abilities from beginner to expert and we welcome anyone to pop along and give it a go!

After the Easter Break, we have two outdoor sessions per week at Weetwood, the University playing fields.

These sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-8pm.

FITNESS SESSIONS

We hold fitness sessions once a week, outside on campus.  

In alternating weeks the times will be:

Monday 7:30am (E.g. week 1)

Thursday 7:30am (E.g. week 2)
